The Migration & Refugee Research Group at SNUAC Center for Eurasian and Central Asian Studies has invited Prof. Gyeyoung Choi of SNU College of Law for the second special lecture by an invited expert.
In this lecture, we will examine the formative process of the international refugee law system, the subject and method of protection in the refugee convention, and discussions regarding the limitations and alternatives of the refugee convention, then think about supplementary protection, the enforcement of refugee convention in Korea, and issues such as war, sexual minorities, gender violence, and refugees.
