Presentation on the Findings of the Field Study on Exchanges in the San’in Region, Japan

This seminar is a presentation of the outcomes from the field study conducted in the San’in region of Japan as part of the Exchange and Cooperation in the Asian World Program held from April 9th to 13th, 2025. It highlights the significance of the San’in region in exchanges across the Sea of Japan Rim and introduces key historical sites investigated during the study. Based on the findings, the seminar outlines potential future research topics and emphasizes the need to consolidate and expand knowledge on the San’in region.

The presentation will be delivered by study participants Ilhong Ko, Minju Kim, and Boeun Hwang.
