This lecture introduces the philosophy, structure, and implementation cases of WeJump, a social innovation project designed for marginalized youth in India and across the globe. WeJump goes beyond simple skills transfer—it is a global community that promotes sustainable growth through Connect, Collaborate, Create, and Change. It demonstrates the potential of a digital learning model centered on humanity and community in the age of artificial intelligence.
Evolving into a global leadership ecosystem that connects youth in Korea, India, and various other countries, WeJump is also being recognized as a new model for inclusive and innovative education.
Professor Kyuduck Youn is a professor of International Studies at Christ University in India, where he also serves as the Director of the Center for Digital Innovation and the Center for Korean Studies. He earned his PhD in International Relations from Jawaharlal Nehru University and previously worked as a project manager for finance automation at the multinational IT company Oracle. Drawing on his background in both technology and education, he has been actively promoting their integration in practice.

He continues to develop global social innovation models linking digital education and youth leadership in countries including India, Korea, Germany, the United States, and Nepal.
