From a country that received aid to one that provides assistance, South Korea examines the outcomes of its development cooperation strategy up to today and discusses future strategic directions based on these outcomes. In particular, the past and present of South Korea’s development cooperation are analyzed with a focus on Central and South Asia, and future directions are discussed.
