A young Indonesian research team from the Centre for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS), including Dr. Lina Alexandra (Head, Department of International Relations), Mr. Andrew Mantong (Senior Researcher, Department of International Relations), Mr. Muhammad Waffaa Kharisma (Researcher, Department of International Relations), and Mr. Muhammad Habib (Researcher, Department of International Relations), will visit Korea. Following Indonesia’s presidential, parliamentary, and local elections on February 14, 2024, the Prabowo administration will begin in October. The CSIS research team is visiting Korea to explore diplomatic cooperation between the new Indonesian government and Korea. Our Southeast Asia Center plans to hold a roundtable with Indonesian and ASEAN experts to discuss these issues.
