On May 22nd, 2024, H.E Asal Al Tal, Jordan’s ambassador to the Republic of Korea paid a visit to SNUAC. Prof. Suhong Chae (Director of SNUAC), Prof. Beomsik Shin (Deputy Director of SNUAC), and Gi Yeon Koo (HK Research Professor, SNUAC) participated in the meeting. They discussed Korea’s diplomatic policy toward the Middle East, West Asian studies and academic exchanges in Korea, and the necessity of expanding inter-institutional exchanges and strengthening the network.
