Amidst the international political and economic environment of U.S.-China strategic competition and the reorganization of global value chain, China’s industrial policy shows an aggressive aspect as it targets technological autonomy and the construction of domestic value chain, also strengthening the party and state intervention to industry.  China’s aggressive industrial policy can show characteristic aspects depending on the region, in the process of regional government’s interpretation and implementation of the policy.
