The intimate and dynamic relationship between Thailand and Korea that was formed with shared sacrifice and courage during the Korean War has continuously grown more robust and developed into a diverse strategic partnership that guarantees mutual benefit. As the year 2023 has arrived, which is the 65th year of Thai-Korea relations and the year that the human exchange was reborn between the two countries after being halted due to COVID-19, H.E. Mr. Witchu Vejjajiva will discuss the two countries’ relations and future tasks with this lecture. This lecture will begin by explaining how Thailand and Korea started to be connected and could be re-connected even after the rupture of COVID-19, and emphasize how the two countries’ solidarity can be even stronger with future cultural activities and mutual gratitude as the driving force in the current state of active human exchanges.
