The Ukrainian-Russian War that has been going on for over 8 months is, directly and indirectly, influencing the lives of contemporary people not only in those two countries but also all over the world. Though everyone hopes for the war to end, the way to the end does not yet appear clear. According to recent press reports, some changes to the war situation have been happening since last September. SNUAC Center for Eurasian and Central Asian Studies and Mega-Asia Research Project Group have prepared an academic conference on the specific process of the war and its effects on the shifts in the global order. Experts on military affairs and international relations will share their opinions and take part in the discussion.
