SNUAC West Asia Center has invited Sehyung Lee (Team leader of Channel A’s policy planning team and DongA Ilbo’s former correspondent for Cairo) to analyze the soft power strategies of Qatar, which is being evaluated as a small but the most ‘outstanding country in the Middle East. We will examine how Qatar is advancing soft power strategies in areas of diplomacy, education, media, and sports, and what the achievements and limitations are.
