The joint seminar series of GSPA and Hanns Seidel Foundation (Korea Office) discusses the challenge that COVID-19 brought upon administration and future tasks. In this second seminar, the focus will be on the role of the state and public health management. Pavel Leshakov (Counsellor, Embassy of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Korea) and Jörg Michael Dostal (Professor, GSPA SNU) will present on cases of Russia and Germany, while GSPA GMPA students Elmir Mazahir Adhayev and Wasantha Sri Lal Weerakoon Gamage will present on experiences of Azerbaijan and Sri Lanka.
