In Korean society, Gangnam has become an urban ideal and desire that the urban middle class dreams of and aspires to so that it is pursued and duplicated as a phenomenon in cities all over the nation. In the current reality where real estate has become the biggest topic in everyday life, this colloquium examines the effect of the unique positionality of middle-class women on urban housing practice and investigates the need for a feminist reading of housing practice.
