SNUAC International Development Cooperation Research Center (IDCRC) is conducting research on the provision and receipt system of ODA donor and recipient countries in East Asia. Thus IDCRC is holding a seminar on the ODA of Japan, a country with the most experience of being a donor country and the largest scale of ODA in East Asia. Prof. Jin Sato is the president of Japan’s Association of International Development Cooperation and professor at the Institute for Advanced Studies on Asia at the University of Tokyo, who will present on the development and changes in Japan’s ODA.
