In the current situation where humanity is encountering the fourth Industrial Revolution with technological innovations, the global COVID-19 pandemic is further accelerating the digital turn in the industrial environment. We will diagnose what kind of changes the companies and workers in Indonesia are experiencing in the rapidly changing world, and also briefly go over the current issues such as relocating the administrative capital, labor law reforms, and improvements in the investment environment. We will seek the possible opportunities of Korean companies in Indonesia, whose enormous consumer market and production point are deemed more important than ever, and their CSR, localizing strategies, as well as sustainable growth plans, along with a close examination of case studies.
