This seminar will discuss the results of researching the preliminary validity of India Smart City conducted by the Korea Research Institute for Human Settlements along with the World Bank for 2 years since 2013 and present their implications. The speaker will introduce the local situation along with first-hand accounts and photographs from Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Hosur, Bangalore as well as Chittagong in Bangladesh, explain the actual consulting given, and discuss the implications and central issues related.
