On August 21, Dr. Battogtokh Dorjgotov, the director of Institute of Geography and Geoecology at Mongolian Academy of Sciences, and the next chair of Future Earth Mongolia, visited SNUAC to discuss prospective cooperation between the two institutes. He was welcomed by the director of SNUAC, Prof. SooJin Park, as well as Future Earth program director Prof. Joon Kim, and senior research fellows Sung Gyu Kim and Eunhui Eom.

In the upcoming November, SNUAC is planning to hold an international conference for Future Earth Korea. We look forward to the beginning of cooperation between the two institutes, with a delegate from Mongol participating in that conference.
