Abstract

The South Asia Center at SNUAC is organizing the ‘India Expert Invitation Seminar Series 1’ on Thursday, October 18th. Professor Eung Ki Kim from Hankuk University of Foreign Studies will be presenting on “Challenge Business in India : Background of Growing Market and Innovation.” The seminar will cover the applicable institutions and regulations for understanding the Indian business environment and also on the lessons learned from the success and failure of Korean companies that have entered the Indian market.

The South Asia Center at SNUAC held a special lecture ‘Challenge “Business in India”: Background of Growing Market and Innovation’ on the 18th of October. Professor Eung Ki Kim (Hankuk University of Foreign Studies) considered ‘growth’ as a key word for today’s Indian economy. In this special lecture he examined three core aspects that are supporting such economic growth: Resources (natural resources, human resources, cultural resources), Market (B2C/B2B/B2G, appearance of the new consumer and evolving consumption value, structural changes in the Indian market), and Feasible Environment for global business.
