『Vietnam’s Political Transition and Law』 deals with the “international development cooperation and law” and “regime change and the law” in Vietnam. There are some implications this book could give. First, it is needed to be set the appropriate direction of support for redesigning the law in developing countries which is becoming important in Korea. Secondly, the case of Vietnam provides a good research subject regarding ‘raising a sense of ownership for development aid’ and third, it is expected that the process of Vietnam’s regime change could provide various lessons to regime change of North Korea.
