With the war that began in February following attacks on Iran by the United States and Israel, the Middle East has once again drawn widespread public attention. The West Asia Center at SNUAC will host a book talk featuring Professor Namsik In of the Korea National Diplomatic Academy, a specialist in Middle Eastern politics, on his new book Understanding the Contemporary Middle East. The event will also offer an opportunity to explore two perspectives for interpreting the structure of Middle Eastern conflicts, including the current crisis.y films across a range of genres.
