[News] Entrance Ceremony for the 4th Cohort of the Global Future Strategy Executive Program in Vietnam

The Global Future Strategy Executive Program in Vietnam held its entrance ceremony for the 4th cohort in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, on February 27. A total of 49 participants were admitted this term, including one scholarship recipient. With this, SNUAC has successfully launched the program at full capacity for four consecutive cohorts.

The high-quality lectures offered by SNUAC across a wide range of fields have received a favorable response from local businesspeople and members of the Korean community. To further enhance the quality of instruction, SNUAC has developed 30 courses over the past 18 months and plans to develop at least one new course for each future cohort. The careful academic administration provided by the local partner institution, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City, has also been well received by participants. From March to June, the university will assign a dedicated faculty member at the vice-dean level who is fluent in Korean to support academic administration for the 4th cohort.

Beginning with this entrance ceremony, the program will offer 17 to 19 courses over the next 15 weeks, including 15 regular courses, along with one local field trip. After the completion ceremony in June, a Homecoming Day event will be held in Seoul in July, bringing together graduates from all four cohorts, from the 1st through the 4th. In the second half of the year, SNUAC plans to continue operating its Vietnam-based open lecture program as one of its major educational initiatives.
