The History of Korean Enterprises Advancing to Indonesia: Seeking Mutually Beneficial Cooperation Beyond Challenges

SNU Research Team for Emerging Markets (VIP research team) at the Center for Social Sciences has been researching the interaction between Korean companies and the local society since September 2017 with the support of the Korea Foundation of Research. Currently, We(the VIP research team) are conducting a second-stage research project under the theme of ‘Research and consulting of local societies based on the Korean government and corporations’ needs in VIP countries.’ In commemoration of the publication of 100 Years History of Korean Diaspora living in Indonesia (Soonjung iBooks), a conference will be held with the theme ‘the history of Korean enterprises advancing to Indonesia: Seeking mutually beneficial cooperation beyond challenges’, and the writers will be invited. In collaboration with  Southeast Asia Center in SNUAC, the conference starts at 2 pm KST on Wednesday, March 10th at Samik Hall on the 2nd floor of SNU Asia Center (Bldg.101) and is also transmitted online.
