The aggravation of the U.S.-China relationship is spreading in all directions and adding to the opacity of the international society in the era of COVID-19. Meanwhile, a book has been published, suggesting the perspective that the U.S.-China relationship forms a strong cartel and cannot be separated. Thus SNUAC Northeast Asia Center is inviting the author of the book to share his perspectives and carry out a wide-ranged discussion.
