발표자 약력 : Prior to joining ABNR in 2023, Edgar practiced as a foreign lawyer at a Korea-based tier-1 law firm and as an in-house counsel at an Indonesian corporate group. He has advised on a number of major deals that involved MOUs with the Indonesian government, an EV battery joint venture (chosen as a deal of the year by TXF), Lotte Group’s LINE Project, the initial setup of an auto company in Indonesia (including business structuring and land purchase), a wide variety of initial investments and equity transactions, the mergers of several multinational companies, and the structuring of large-scale factory investments for global companies.
