카이스트 인문사회과학부 조교수. 서울대학교 지리학과를 졸업하고 오하이오주립대학교 지리학과에서 박사 학위를 받았다. Antipode, Geopolitics, Journal of Contemporary Asia, Political Geography 등의 저널에 동아시아 정치경제 및 지정학 관련한 연구들을 발표했다.
Dr. Seung-Ook Lee is Assistant Professor at the School of the Humanities and Social Sciences at KAIST. After earning his BA and MA degrees in Geography at Seoul National University, he did his Ph.D. in Geography at Ohio State University. His research focuses on the geopolitics and political economy of Northeast Asia, specifically China and the Korean peninsula.
