Ph.D in Ideology and Discourse Analysis

서울대학교 아시아 연구소 선임연구원. 서강대 철학과 졸업 후 영국 University of Durham대학에서 철학석사, University of Newcatle upon Tyne에서 국제관계학 석사, 그리고 University of Essex에서 이데올로기와 담론분석으로 정치학 박사를 취득했으며, 이후 현재 서울혁신센터 사회혁신리서치랩 소장을 맡고 있다. 이 소장은 성공회대학교 민주주의연구소와 서강대학교 국제한국학 선도센터에서 연구교수로 활동 후 서울사회적경제지원센터 국제사업단장 역임. 이후 민주화운동기념사업회 민주주의연구소 전문위원을 거쳐 서울혁신센터 사회혁신리서치랩 소장 재직. 현재 경희대학교 전환과 사회혁신 연구센터장 겸임 활동 중

Senior Researcher at Asia Center, SNU. He is also the director of the Kyunghee Research Center for Transformationa and Social Innovation. He received his doctoral degree at the University of Essex and completed his master degrees at University of Durham (MA in Philosophy) and University of Newcastle upon Tyne (MA in International Relations). Before joined Asia Center, SNU, he worked as the director of Social Innovation Research Lab, Seoul and still he teaches philosophy, political theories and social innovation at several universities. His academic interests are commons, urban transition, social innovation, direct democracy and populism.
