이 책 『중국의 통치 체제 3: 국가 헌정 체제』는 『중국의 통치 체제 1: 공산당 영도 체제』, 『중국의 통치 체제 2: 공산당 통제 기제』(2022년 9월 출간)에 이은 완결판으로, 30년간 중국 정치를 연구해온 조영남 교수(서울대 국제대학원)가 집대성한 시리즈이다. 이번 책에서는 중국의 국가 헌정 체제를 분석했다. 공산당 일당 체제 속에서 ‘정부’와 ‘의회’는 대체 어떤 역할을 하는지에 주목했다.

Gihong Yi is the CEO of MetriX Research & Consulting, part of MetriX Group, specializing in producing public data primarily for government use. He earned his Ph.D. in sociology from UCLA in 2002 and was at Hallym University from 2003 to 2020.
