The study of ancient plants, animals, bodies, DNA, ceramics, tools, soils, and more are studied by a variety of archaeological science techniques. In this seminar series the diversity of methods and questions that archaeological science can be applied to will be explored. The first theme that will be considered is \u201cfood and foodways\u201d \u2013 what were people in the past eating and why did they choose those foods in particular?
