ASEAN and Korean Youth as Drivers of Global Digitalization<\/b><\/p>\n

1. OBJECTIVES
\n<\/b>– Raise the awareness of the ASEAN, Korea, and ASEAN-Korea relations among the participants
\n– Deepen understanding of STI and ICT, specifically digital technology and innovation, among the youth participants from ASEAN, Korea, China, and Japan
\n– Provide network-building opportunities among the participants<\/p>\n

3. ELIGIBILITY & APPLICATION PROCESS<\/b><\/p>\n

The ASEAN-Korea Centre only accepts applications from ASEAN students based in Korea as well as Korean students. Screening and evaluation of other applicants will be conducted by ASEAN Embassies in Korea, ASEAN-China Centre, and ASEAN-Japan Centre.<\/p>\n

1) Eligibility
\n\u25a0 Must be an ASEAN or Korean passport holder
\n\u25a0 Must be an undergraduate or graduate student (Korean language\/\uc5b4\ud559\ub2f9, master\u2019s and doctoral students are eligible
\n\u25a0 Must have interest in ASEAN, ASEAN-Korea relations, and digitalization<\/p>\n

2) Application Process
\nStep 1: Document Screening
\n\u25a0 Fill out application form and consent form (available at\u00a0www.aseankorea.org<\/a>).
\n\u25a0 Upload the forms on\u00a0http:\/\/bit.do\/2018akynw
\n<\/a>\u25a0 Deadline of document submission: 24 May 2018, 12:00 pm KST
\n– Only successful candidates will be notified via email.<\/p>\n

Step 2: Interview
\n\u25a0 Candidates who pass the document screening will be interviewed over the phone.
\n\u25a0 Phone Interviews will be conducted from 29-30 May 2018.<\/p>\n

– \u00a0Only successful candidates will be contacted via email on 1 June 2018.<\/p>\n

4. INCENTIVES
\n<\/b>–\u00a0 All expenses related to the program will be covered by the organizers
\n– Participants will receive a certificate upon the completion of the Program<\/p>\n
