In Palestine, where conflict and fragile peace continue to repeat, how is international development cooperation (ODA) functioning? This seminar begins with that question. It will share vivid voices from the field in regions where war is still ongoing and analyze the Israel\u2013Palestine conflict from the perspective of international development cooperation (ODA).
