For the second colloquium in April, we have invited Professor Bui Quang Tuan, an economist from Vietnam, as the speaker. The session will feature an in-depth discussion on Vietnam\u2019s EV transition policies and the ways in which these policies influence global value chains and international cooperation. The colloquium will be held in a hybrid format. The research team will attend in person, while participants may choose either the online or offline mode of participation.
