The melting of permafrost due to climate change has led to the destruction of housing infrastructure, changes in traditional ways of life, and direct threats to the survival of Indigenous communities.<br data-start=\"343\" data-end=\"346\" \/>Dr. Shadrin, a member of the Yukaghir people\u2014one of the northern Indigenous minorities\u2014will present findings based on his field-based qualitative research.
