The conference will examine the Russian Revolution in early 20th-century Azerbaijan and Nariman Narimanov\u2019s postcolonial vision, as well as the self-perception of Soviet Korean elites and debates on underdevelopment during the New Economic Policy (NEP) period, analyzing shifts in national identity within the socialist experience. Additionally, it will explore the formation and reconstruction of war memory, focusing on <em data-start=\"737\" data-end=\"760\">How War is Remembered<\/em>, and discuss how historical events are interpreted within contemporary political and social contexts.
