In this regard, we have invited Professor Sungmoon Kim from the City University of Hong Kong to give a lecture titled <em>&#8220;Power as Responsibility: Confucian Origins and Modern Implications.&#8221;<\/em> Professor Kim has a deep interest in Confucian democracy, constitutional theory, and East Asian politics, and has consistently published related works in English.
