At this point, how will the act of researching Indian classics change?<\/p>\n<p>In this colloquium, we will discuss the digitization of Sanskrit texts, which are the primary materials, as the first stage in performing Indian studies in the currently changing digital environment.<\/p>\n<p>Why do we seek to digitize primary materials, and what are the benefits of constructing a Sanskrit text database? Further, for such a construction of a new research environment to connect to productive and new research horizons, how should the database be designed?
