Cities of Northeast Asia that showed rapid growth in the 20th century are encountering a new phenomenon of decline. Thus, various social tasks have been placed upon Northeast Asia, such as industrial decline, regional economic recession, aging population, weakened identity of residents, discrimination, hate, etc. How should these challenges be met?
