First &#8216;return migration&#8217; (Koryo community in Korea) and &#8216;labor migration&#8217; (North Korean laborers who migrated to\u00a0Primorsky Krai) that show the actual aspects of migration will be discussed, then institutions and discourses will be examined in depth through topics such as &#8216;migration policy of authoritarian states (Russia, Kazakhstan)&#8217; and &#8216;migration and security&#8217;.<\/p>\n<p>The series starts with a presentation on the Koryo community in Korea. Prof. Young-sang Lim is an expert who has studied the Korean diaspora for a long time.
