He completed the master&#8217;s program in international public policy in the School of Advanced International Studies at Johns Hopkins University. He has worked at foreign posts including the Korean Embassy in the UK,\u00a0<span class=\"u_word_dic\" data-hook=\"tip\" data-type=\"arken\" data-lang=\"en\">Korean<\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"u_word_dic\" data-hook=\"tip\" data-type=\"arken\" data-lang=\"en\">Mission<\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"u_word_dic\" data-hook=\"tip\" data-type=\"arken\" data-lang=\"en\">to<\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"u_word_dic\" data-hook=\"tip\" data-type=\"phex\" data-lang=\"en\" data-grp=\"4900818\" data-sqry=\"European Union\">European<\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"u_word_dic\" data-hook=\"tip\" data-type=\"phex\" data-lang=\"en\" data-grp=\"4900818\" data-sqry=\"European Union\">Union (Belgium),\u00a0Korean\u00a0Mission\u00a0to Geneva,\u00a0and United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (Bangkok), and served as the Consul General in Vancouver and the Korean Ambassador to Pakistan (2010.8-2013.6).
