Professor Sonn especially explained that in the process of urban discourses recklessly being used and becoming extinct by &#8216;urban experts&#8217;, &#8216;administrators&#8217;, and &#8216;regional governments&#8217;, there was a combination of a paradox of capital circulation and the problem of regions.
