This event was the first international conference on Sool in Korea and its main theme was \u2018Rice Farming Culture and Alcoholic Rice Beverage Industry: A New Framework and Plans for the Future.\u2019 Twelve experts from eight nations participated at this event and presentations on rice farming and alcoholic beverage, alcoholic rice beverage industry in Asia, and the prospect of alcoholic rice beverage were successfully organized.
