Dr. Sung Chan Cho is a chief researcher at the \u201cCenter for Territorial Integration of Korea\u201d at the Institute of Land and Liberty. After acquiring his MSc in Urban and Regional Planning at Seoul National University, he obtained his Ph.D. in Land Management at Renmin University, Beijing, China.
