The Center for South Asian Studies is holding a colloquium on “K-pop Innovation” to historically overview the rapid growth of K-pop and analyze the factors in its success as well as forecast its future and examine its meaning in industrial terms. The colloquium will especially consider the meaning of the K-pop industry in the Korean economy along with the history of technological innovation.
