Future of Living Lab in India: Innovative Solutions for Social Issues

Speaker: Prof. Myung-Moo Lee (Sungkyunkwan Univ.), Prof. Yoon-ho Kim (Woosong Univ.)

Prof. Myung-Moo Lee received his bachelor’s degree in Indian language and Ph.D. in business at Hankuk University of Foreign Studies. He has taught at Hanyang Cyber University and Hongik University and now belongs to University College at Sungkyunkwan University. He has been selected as a visiting scholar to SNUAC and is currently undergoing research on the institutional voids in South Asia. He has published over 50 articles on the IT industry of India, BoP (bottom of the pyramid), appropriate technology, frontier business, and technological business, and continues to work on research projects related to the BoP, appropriate technology, and Fablab of India.

Prof. Yoon-ho Kim holds a B.A. from Dept. of Japanese Studies at Hankuk University of Foreign Studies and received his M.S. and Ph.D. in business from the same university. He is a former professor of Woosong University and currently works on researching low-income class and FabLabs of Asia. He is carrying out a research project on FabLab funded by National Research Foundation and has published two books and two articles on FabLabs.
